Dodge magnum will not crank?

car started and ran great to the store 15min later went back out and it would not crank over, i have done all of the following.
tested, charged, and cleaned terminals on the battery and ground wires
replaced starter
tested all fuses

You failed to give enough vehicle information! Year and engine size.
