I have a for the most part stock F250 "cosmetic accessories only" and I want a little more performance from her. I'd like to improve fuel mileage and horsepower with out spending a thousand dollars. So give me some ideas please.

Is it a diesel? If so I've seen tunes that create insane amounts of power. If its just the regular gas engine, get a k&n intake, truck breathes better, more power and slightly better mpg. Headers, high flow cat, and exhaust will add more power and
