My 2000 Dodge Stratus wont start because?

It's a 2.4 L 4 cyl. 153k miles.
I was driving to work one day, didn't notice anything different in the engine running, and it just cut out on me and wouldnt start. The engine light and oil light did come on, but now its not.

Oil

Well it is probably leaking oil from the valve cover gasket if oil is all over the top of the engine. I would say that it could be the spark plugs got wet and are grounding out I would try to clean out the oil from the plug holes and from around the boots.
