What state in the mid-atlantic region of the U.S. would have the best deal on a new BMW 328i?

I'm going to get a new 328i and live in Virginia Beach, VA, but there are only two dealers here and they both suck. So...I heard that BMW dealerships up in Maryland, Philly, and New Jersey give much better deals on BMW's. Is this true?
shop on line and find a sales person and a dealership that you like ... tell them in the emails that you are ready to buy and they need to call you and discuss the prices and the equipment on the ride and the color .. get the sales man to commit to you
