What are the tie down loops in a truck's bed called?

I have a 2004 Ford F-150 and when I bought it, it only had two of the 4 corner loops to hook straps and rope to. Each of the 4 corners has a spot for a steel loop, but I only have two of them. I went to autozone, they didnt have anything like it. How
