How do I wire through the car fuse box?

I have a neon light (look at my other questions for further detail) I thought it would be okay to run it directly to the car battery, turns out I dont want to do that. Instead I'm going to run it to the fuse box? However I don't know how to do this. How

YOU FIND A CONNECTION THE IS NOT USED AND WIRE A HOT WIRE TO ONE SIDE , INSTALL A FUSE AND RUN YOUR LIGHT WIRE OFF THE OPPOSITE SIDE. Be sure to check the amp rating of the light to size your wire and fuse correctly.
