Upgrades for my 88 Mazda B2200?

I was wondering where i would look for some performance upgrades for my pickup. I found the Weber carb and pacesetter headers but i want to know eher i can find a turbo setup. I was also wondering if i could use the ignition kits for an 88 ranger because

UMM wow, I've had a 87 Mazda B2200 SE-5 Cab Plus 5 spd w/ the 2.2 I4 2 barrel carborater set-up now for 5 years and haven't found anything for mine either found a bunch of cosmetic parts though on sporttrucking.com
