My 1984 camaro headlights flicker, as well as all the dome lights and interior lights. everything electrical, i checked all the ground points, everything seams to be fine, only thing i can think of is alternator?
it might be the charge regulator, but it is not possible to check it, without an osciloscope.
or the contact coals in the alternator.
I would also have considered the ground points, but if you checked the main points at the battery,
