Spark Plug help on 2002 Pontiac Trans Am?

I need to change my spark plugs on my 2002 Pontiac Trans Am (LS1 V8), but I can't get to any of them but one. There are too many things in the way to mention. I called around and most garages are quoting me around $400 bucks to change them. Any help to

I just recently had mine changed.

Labor - $116 (included changing fuel filter)
