Trying understand how to use H1 tags for my website?

My site is http://petepower.co.uk. From what I have read the H1 is to for the page title so for exaple if my page title read Pete Power generators and then under that I have " Honda generator expert" then the H1 tag would go around the "Honda

Prior to worrying about H1 tags, I would suggest you master the art of figuring out where your website resides! LOL

I have to give you a hard time, sorry.
