I've looked everywhere and can not find a repair manual for a 1990 ls400 Lexus.WHY?

I have searched all over for a copy of a haynes or chiltons auto repair manual and nobody seems to know where to get one and I need to work on my wife's car.Where can i find one or can somebody help?Thank you very much.
