This is to alert everyone in California that there are 2 new laws. One of them is that even if you get one point on your driving record when you go to court the judge will make you take driving class and but the violation will still appear on your record
I am afraid you are incorrect on the effect of the change which started on July 1, 2011. First, a judge does not "make" you go to traffic school, it is an option you have--that has not changed. If you go to traffic school once in 18 months,
