How do I make all the home heating radiators work and reduce boiler pressure? It's so cold and need heat! Help

I have a 2 bedroom flat. The heater radiator do not warm up at all in both bedrooms. However, the living room and hallway gets extremely hot. I bought a rad key at someone's suggestion and leaked the water (with the boiler off and not running hot water),
