Do people think decals or stickers on cars or motorcycles look good?

like do people who paint dragons on motorcycles or flames on cars, or paint rims gold
do they think it makes their cars look cool, of makes them look badsass?

in my opinion it makes them looks like ghetto trash

For most its a form of expression and making their ride unique. For some its to show off and be eccentric. For others its a way to communicate, like t-shirts or cuts, or military ribbons & medals.
