Has anyone tried dropping a small block V8 into a Miata?

Just a wild thought; I was day dreaming in class today and thought that this would be an impressive sleeper.

I'm not entirely sure of the specs of a Miata, but since Ford owns Mazda, could a 305 fit?

If you know of a site

what a silly bugger lol....why would you want to do that?????......even if you could why would you want too?......a miata is a girls car.....put a 1000 hp motor in there...it is still a girls car lol....get a real car...hahaahaha
