Can I use bmw e46 coupe headlights on an e46 sedan with the same fenders?

I got a free set of e46 coupe xenon headlights. I have regular cheap headlights on my sedan. I have everything except for the corner lights.

Will the coupe corner lights fit the sedan fender or would I also need coupe fenders to use the

Look online and see if anyone else fit theirs.
