Are engines from Atarco or Engine World really imported from Japan? They claim aprox 50k miles on them?

Has anyone had experience with these engines? some engines are $500 to $800. Wouldnt it cost more to purchase engines from Japan to see at these prices? Wrecking yards charge about that much. Can anyone explain?
Yeah and most of these motors are from cabs. Been there and had to live with a 50 k motor with 5 times the hrs on it then it would have taken to drive 50 k. Buy local if you need a part. At least in North America most of the yards do not lie. You also
