toyota pickup shackle question?

I own a 1995 toyota pickup(not tacoma).I bought with a body lift.I am removing the body lift ASAP.I notice that this truck has a shackle on the rear of the leaf springs.Did this truck come with a shackle, or was it installed with the body lift?

im sure they already had shackles. sleeoffroad has an old man emu lift kit (or it might have beed toytec) that offered oversized replacement shackles for the 90-95 truck. plus with only a body lift, they might have just added lifting blocks on the rear.
