1966 Chevrolet C10 pickup?

I am trying to buy this vehicle. It is a 6 cylinder w/ 3 speed manual transmission. If successful with the purchase I will be swapping out this motor combination with my freshly rebuilt 283 V8 and a Powerglide transmission. I will do this because I pull

No those old stright 6's was close to the v8 weight. Iron head, iron intake small block is 575 lbs (no matter what cid, 288, 307, 327, 350 they are all the same weight) Those old straight 6's was in the 350 lbs range.. So 200-300 lbs aint gonna make
