why is my 1996 dodge voyager dieing down the road?

I have a 1996 dodge voyager 3.0 drive down the road and dies have replace fuel filter and pump could it be mass i dont know it is readin codes that dont make since like 12 11 and 33 im really thanking that it is the ignition. please help got mad and slammed
