Is it easy to reposition a Mazda 3 roof rack?

I have a Mazda 3 roof rack (in Australia), which needs to be repositioned a bit. Is this easy to do. I have removed the actual bars and looked at the positioning points and these seemed to be secured to the car with an unusual bolt and I do not have a
