Is the new 2011 Ford Ranger a good truck?

I am most likely going to buy a new 2011 Ford Ranger regular cab in September with a 4 cylinder engine, a 5-speed manual transmission, and 2-wheel drive which should cost around $19,000. Is this a good truck to buy? What are the bad and good things about

It's good for what it is, as long as you don't have unrealistic expectations. If you take care if it, it will last you 200k easily. If you're interested in fuel economy, definitely get the 4 cylinder, if you get the V-6 you'll take a big hit in mileage.
