Is it worth buying an Audi A8 W12 with 230,000km?

I have been offered a 2005 Audi A8 W12 with 230,000km on the clock. The owner of the A8 assured me that the car has been very well taken care of, and all milage on the car is highway milage. He is selling at US15,000. My only concerns are if anything

these are wonderful cars as long as they dont need the service garage/all cars need repairs and maintenance/this one is super expensive to work on/usually only dealer can fix it and the parts are big money/at this miles you are looking into the bottomless
