I own a 2002 Isuzu rodeo LS and it has wear and tear, faded paint, carpet is faded, the AC unit got punched in. I recently spent $5000 for a new engine, $700 for four new tires, $900 for all break pads and rotors/disk replacement.
My question
The dealer is going to look at auction values for the 2002 Rodeo and then DEDUCT from there. They will never add to that value, even if you gold-plated the truck.
So, please do not expect them to add $5000 to the value for the engine,
